  • Substitutions: In the event that a particular flower or arrangement is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute flowers or items of equal or greater value without prior notice, to ensure that your order is fulfilled.

3. Order Processing and Payment

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is only a confirmation that we have received your order and does not guarantee fulfillment.

  • Pricing and Payment: Prices for products are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and other online payment systems.

  • Taxes and Fees: Sales tax will be applied to your order based on your location. Additional fees may apply for delivery or other services, which will be displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery: We offer local delivery within specified areas. Delivery charges will be applied at checkout. We will make every effort to deliver your flowers on time; however, delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

  • Delivery Restrictions: We do not deliver to certain locations, including P.O. Boxes, and some remote areas. You will be notified if your delivery address is outside our service area.

  • Pickup Orders: If you opt for in-store pickup, your order will be available for pickup on the specified date and time. You must bring a valid ID to pick up your order.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Final Sale: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once an order is placed, except as outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

  • Cancellations: For same-day delivery orders, cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed. For all other orders, cancellations may be allowed based on the terms outlined in our refund policy.
